Shipping costs and information.

We ship to all countries listed here. Delivery is normally carried out by DHL. In special cases, we reserve the right to ship using an alternative service provider. The respective shipping costs depend on the destination country, the shipping method and total weight of the goods to be shipped. You can find the shipping costs in the tables below. For logistical reasons, personal pick-up is not possible at this time.

Shipment Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Delivery Times

Our online shop is open around the clock. We process order requests from Monday to Friday. New orders are normally processed within 2 working days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any re-delivery costs incurred and cannot cancel or take back the order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if deliveries are shown as "delivered" but have not been received. The same applies to missing "delivery attempted" notifications.

I. Shipping Within Germany

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent; you can find the shipping weight (goods incl. packaging) for each item under the details section. The goods are expected to arrive at the specified delivery address within 3-5 working days after order confirmation. For express shipments, the goods are expected to arrive at the specified delivery address within 1-2 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.

Our shipping fees are weight-dependent; you can find the delivery weight (goods incl. packaging) for each item under the details section. The goods are expected to arrive at the specified delivery address within 5-7 working days after order confirmation.

In individual cases, further costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which are to be paid by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

1. Credit (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)

If you would like to pay with the aforementioned credit cards, please select the corresponding card in the order process and enter the required data in the fields provided . Your credit card account will be charged immediately after we have confirmed the order. Credit card billing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Co. Dublin, Ireland, Email: support@stripe.com.

2. PayPal

Payment in only a few steps:

1. Choose "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.

2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal account details and initiate the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create an account and then confirm the payment. For the Paypal assisted payment methods direct debit, credit card and purchase on invoice, a PayPal account is not necessary.

4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.rowac.com).

3. Apple Pay

You can submit payment with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device in compliance with verification steps.
